Muncie, IN – E. Roy Budd, Executive Director of Energize-ECI, Inc., announced that the Muncie-based, regional economic development partnership is working with the Site Location Partnership, based in Dallas, Texas. Site Location Partnership specializes in corporate site location and economic development business attraction globally.
